It is with great sadness that we must report the untimely passing of Ben Searle. He gave many hours to the club as a sports therapist and mental health coach, helping many people through their own tough recoveries. Most people will be completely unaware of Ben’s various battles with illness, he looked such a strong, fit, happy and healthy individual. It is heartbreaking for all who knew him, especially all his close colleagues in our medical team. Ben’s funeral will take place at North East Surrey Crematorium, Morden on 12th February at 12.40pm. There will be some food and a get together in a pub afterwards. Rest in peace, big man!
